JORASOM INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

“INTERNATIONAL LEADERS INSTITUTE”

Learning Begins With Us

We, at JIU offer supportive and inspirational environments for young enquiring minds to learn and grow with us. Our passion for learning means we achieve more than outstanding results. We strive to build confident and creative thinkers and aim at delivering an education that is truly relevant to their future.

We are an early learning academy focused on social-emotional development and early literacy and numeracy. Our students walk out with the character and confidence to make their mark in the world, equipped with the knowledge and real-world skills that take them way ahead in the ministry which they may serve.

Theology

Theology is essentially a study of scripture. Theology comes from combining two Greek words: theos, meaning God, and logos, meaning word or rational thought. So theology is God-thought or rational reasoning about God. It is the human effort to understand the God of the scriptures.

Christian Leadership

Christian leadership is a dynamic relational process in which people, under the influence of the Holy Spirit, partner to achieve a common goal - it is serving others by leading and leading others by serving.

Pastoral Ministry

“Pastoring” can occur in a variety of ways—at its foundation, it involves caring for God's people and walking alongside them in their Christian formation. The pastoral ministries track will equip you to minister to the needs of the church and communicate the gospel in contextually appropriate ways.

Christian Leadership & Management

Christian Leadership and Management major prepares individuals for executive leadership positions within both the church and business settings. The degree maintains a balance of educating its majors in principles of Christian leadership and basic business management and leadership skills.

Evangelism

Evangelism is the term we use to refer to the preaching of the Gospel. It comes from the same Greek word for gospel (euangelion) and means, literally, “gospeling.” When we evangelize we are “gospeling” — we are spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Apostolic Ministry

Apostles are ones with a distinct call and ministry gift within the body. The specific function of apostolic ministry is to implement the prophetic order and mandate given by God to the Church.
